Smoothies

Smoothies are great way to start your day or fill a little peckishness in the afternoon, but all the ones from the shop are very expensive. So I started making smoothie ready pack – you will need to take one of the packs from freezer, blend with 100-200ml of liquid (I recommend either almond milk or orange juice for this mix) and if you prefer two table spoons of non fat Greek yoghurt.

So add one ripe chopped banana, one big handful of organic kale, and tea spoon of chia seeds into a freezer bag and pop them into your freezer. I made ten bags on Sunday for the week ahead!

Once you taste this Green machine, you will not go back to the shop bought smoothies!
