Difficult and long drive from Swansea but worth it. Once arrived, someone open the door for us and asked us if we want to go to the bar first or straight to the tables.
We thought we were late and decided to go straight to the table, realising we were the first there.

Seared cured lime and chilli salmon with parsley root and beetroot
Main course was Gower pork tenderloin, braised lettuce, Blk pudding mash and grain mustard
